  2. Sri Siddhartha Nehru Medical College Sri Siddhartha Medical College was started in the year 1988, located in the outskirts of Tumkur city, Karnataka. The college was established by Sree Siddhartha Educational Society with an objective to talent, knowledge and sense of creativity to students in the field of medicine.

  3. Recognitions and Affiliations Sri Siddhartha Medical College is affiliated to Sree Siddhartha Educational Society, a deemed university. The college is recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI).

  4. Courses Offered • Under Graduate: MBBS • No. of Seats: 150 • Post Graduate Courses • M.D.:Physiology, Pathology, Microbiology, General Medicine, Paediatrics, Anaesthesia and Radio-Diagnosis. • M.S.: Anatomy, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, E.N.T and Opthalmology.

  5. Admission Details Eligibility Criteria For admission to Medical you have to be completed the age of 17 years as on 31st December of the year of the admission. Educational Qualification A candidate must have passed two year PUC examination conducted by the PUC Board of Karnataka State with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics as optional subjects. A candidate must have obtained at least 50% marks in the PCB group and 40% in the case of SC / ST / Category-1.

  6. Admission Process Indian Candidates: The students must qualify in KCET. The total number of seats available, i.e. 150 will be filled up under Government, management/NRI and institutional preference quota. • Foreign students desiring admission should produce: • No Objection Certificate from the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, New Delhi. • An eligibility Certificate from the KLE University, Belgaum. • Student Visa. • Residential Certificate.
