  2. Tips for Simplifying Polynomial Expressions For better organization, group all terms of the same degree together. Like terms belong together. Simplify each group of terms.

  4. Factorizing expressions of type Goal: Find factors of 1 which can also add up to the value of the coefficient of 2x List all factors of 1 Find set of factors which add up to 2 -1+-1=-2 1+1=2 (Success!!)
