  2. Analysis Our team has analyzed the data given to us and as a team we have decided to invest in project 23

Analyzing Projects to Invest In • Marketing aspects such as target market • Home Size and Price • Total amount each project produced • Total commission that can be made based on a 6% commission rate. • Number of sales with a price difference less than $1000 • Number of days between the list and sell date that is less than 76

  4. Marketing As any good business person would know the best way to make money is to reach as many possible buyers (target markets) as you can. As a team we wanted to figure out which projects had attributes that would reach different potential buyers. We did this by taking some averages of the homes prices, size, and etc.

  11. Conclusion In conclusion, after analyzing the data, we decided that project 23 would be the best project for Affordable Homes Real Estate to invest in. We fill it could generate a lot of Revenue for our company now and in the future.
