  2. Back Up Your Data! • Most common excuses for not backing up • I’m too busy. • It takes too long. • I do not know how to back up. • My machine never crashes.

Be sure to back up before the break. • Spend time checking/cleaning/re-organizing your Schoolwork Folder • Clean your desktop, move any downloaded items, or other school related documents you need to save to the proper place. • Connect to the server, copy your Schoolwork Folder. • Give yourself enough time to back up all school related work! • You need to be sure to copy all of your school work. • After copying, check to make sure that you have copied all of your work.

  5. Rest Easy – You now have a safe copy of your hard work on the server. • If you find that one of your folders on your tablet does not have all of your files for that class, you will be able to recover this data from the server. • You should check to be sure that nothing is missing in your Schoolwork Folder. • If something is missing -DO NOT BACKUP this folder • You need to spend time copying your missing work back to your tablet.
