Owners of OVC We enjoy the outdoors and a nice beach breeze because it is our favorite place to be Both of us have lived in a beach city in our lifetime We know that beaches bring more tourist We understand what young costumers like because we are young as well. Want a fun, but chill place to come and hangout at

About our café • Located in San Diego • On the boardwalk • We have free Wi-Fi • We don’t focus of specific age group, everyone is welcome • Don’t have to have shoes like most places, can enter in beach attire • Can sit on patio or inside the café • You can wait by the boardwalk if you get your food to go and we will call it over the microphone • Hours: Mon- Thursday 8:00am- 7:00pm, Friday-Sunday 7:00am-8.00pm • Wednesdays from 11:00am- 3:00pm we have a wheel you can spin for: a free smoothie, a free pastry, and different discounts off of your purchase • We will have music playing • No Delivery but we have take out

Layout Description • A mural of a surfer behind cash register • The counter will be a surfboard with a grass skirt wrapped around it • Menu will be on a whiteboard • Walls varies shades of blue with pictures of famous surfers • Three tables are shaped as waves, two are shaped as suns • The tables are light blue and yellow with a glass top and a vase with sand and seashells as the centerpiece • Net with starfish and shells lined around the border of the top of the walls

Marketing • Have a employee ride around boardwalk with signs advertising our menu and passing out flyers • Another employee at corner of the intersection with a sign pointing towards the café • Also having a sign at the main freeway exit to the beach saying, “Come stop by and enjoy a nice cup of coffee at your local Ocean View Café”. • Advertise on Instagram and Facebook

  9. Financial Plan • We aren’t very good with math so we will be hiring someone to do that for us. • we will be receiving our coffee beans from Starbucks • We will be baking all of our pastries at the Café
