College Transfer Pathway Requirements • High school juniors and seniors may enroll if they have... • A weighted GPA of 3.0 or higher. • Demonstrate college readiness on one of the approved placement tests. • Usually the Pre-ACT, PSAT, or the College’s placement test, NC-DAP

Eligibility Requirements • To maintain eligibility for continued enrollment, a student must • Continue to make progress toward high school graduation, and • Maintain a 2.0 in college coursework after completing two courses. • A student who falls below a 2.0 GPA after completing two college courses will be subject to the college’s policy for satisfactory academic progress.

By working with his high school guidance counselor and Rowan-Cabarrus, he was able to strategically plan his courses to earn college credit while still in high school. Michael cut his undergraduate degree time to just two and a half years!
