To make things easier, we've divided your wedding preparation checklist into seven sections based on the number of months until your big day. SIX TO TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE WEDDING This is the checklist you need a year or a half a year before your D-day. This wedding planning checklist 6 months or 12 months before your wedding will prove to be quite helpful if you want to ensure perfection.

CHOOSE THE CATERER When choosing a venue, make sure it offers catering. If it doesn't, contact the best caterers in the area and choose one for your special day! If the food tastes good, the wedding day is considered a huge success. You can experiment with your food by serving a variety of cuisines. If you want to be safe, you can always go with the traditional options. HIRING WEDDING PLANNER While most of us enjoy planning our own weddings, others prefer to sit back and relax. In the latter case, it's best to hire an experienced wedding planner who can handle the wedding checklist and organise everything to your liking and needs. However, make sure you hire a planner well in advance so that he or she can begin putting things into action right away!
