International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE) Physician Electrophysiology Exam • First “Third-tier” pediatric cardiology certification in USA • A collaboration between Heart Rhythm Society (HRS) and Pediatric and Congenital Electrophysiology Society (PACES) • First exam given Fall, 2011
Structure of Exam • Pediatric module added to General EP IBHRE Exam • Common module = 125 questions • Extended adult module = 50 questions • Pediatric / Congenital EP module = 50 questions • Test-takers select one module (175 questions)
