Welcome from the CAP NYC The National Youth Council (CAP NYC) teamed up with Apathy is Boring to create these sets of workshops and civic engagement tools for Aboriginal Youth. Our goal is that these tools will help increase your confidence to approach your leaders, get involved and feel empowered to create positive change in your home communities. After all, we are the leaders of today!
