  2. Mission Statement • To become a manager in a department of a company that I find a passion for and be in a position to positively influence those that I manage.

  3. Action Plan- Goals • Goal #1: • Discover my passion. • Goal #2: • Become a subject matter expert. • Goal #3: • As a manager, use talents to positively influence my team.

  5. Strategies & Tactics • - Network across depts. • - Risk a career change. • - Finish school. • Gain exposure to different departments or different companies.
