Be the Cheerleaders for these featured programs: UA Employee Emergency Fund, 20-10-2005 • For colleagues facing an unexpected financial hardship (e.g. illness, natural disaster) • Only funding comes from UA Cares! • Details on UA Cares website • Arizona Assurance Endowment, 40-11-6352 • Supports AZ Assurance Scholars Program • Academic, financial, and social support for low-income students from Arizona60% are the first in their family to attend college • This year, an anonymous donor will match dollar for dollar up to 30K.

For more information on what funds are available: • Ask your Unit Development Office • Check with your Unit Business Office • Visit www.uafoundation.org, Click on “Find A Gift Opportunity” and choose Giving Search for 1,000’s of places to support • Remind donors to include the Fund ID number, if possible, so we make sure it goes to the right place!

Who: Individuals & families with low wage jobs who struggle to make ends meet What: A donation to the HWP Fund provides the means to increase self-sufficiency & reduce poverty Why: Provides job-skills training, affordable childcare, educational opportunities & more to working poor in our community How: Donate $400 (single) or $800 (joint)
