Breaks in caring After 26 weeks • four weeks every 26 weeks Hospital • Up to 12 weeks • Person must continue to receive DLA/AA
Losing CA Person requiring care: • stops getting qualifying benefit • goes into care permanently • does not require further care • dies (continues for 8 weeks) Person caring must continue to meet all qualifying conditions
