  3. The Little man(A Verb poem) • The little man ran and ran. • He jumped over hurdles, • And leaped into sand. • He threw the ball so high, • It touched the sky. • Nobody could catch him, • Like the gingerbread man.

  4. Raindrops(A Haiku poem) • Raindrops are like tears. • Tumbling until they fall. • The sign of sadness.

  5. Trees(A Shape poem) • Swish... • Trees sway in • The slight breeze • Back and forth gently • All of a sudden, • Whoosh! • A strong • Breeze • Comes • And blows • Off all of the leaves.

  6. Just let go(a free verse poem) • Open the journey • To a whole new world. • Exploring through • the flimsy pages • Never knowing where • It might take you next. • Just let go • And fall in love with a book
