This presentation delves into data collected by DPI and G3ict in 106 countries regarding CRPD implementation, with a focus on aligning with the 2030 SDGs Action Agenda. Participants will discuss prospects for improvement, specifically related to monitoring progress and implementation in the areas of education, employment, information technology, and poverty reduction. The presentation is based on findings from the "2016 CRPD ICT Accessibility Report and SDG Survey of Countries' Readiness and Preparedness." Key research questions include the status of ICT and AT accessibility provisions under the CRPD, the meaningful inclusion of people with disabilities in monitoring and reporting on CRPD implementation, and countries' readiness to include people with disabilities in implementing the 2030 Agenda. The data was collected in collaboration with Disabled People's International and local DPOs and experts.
