  3. Method 1 – Approval from the Springboard You’ve approved without leaving the Springboard! 1 2 Click Options Click Approve WORK BETTER

  4. Method 2 - Approve from the Record in the App 1 2 Click Options Click Open WORK BETTER

  5. Method 2 - Approve from the Record in the App cont. The ServiceNow app should now be open 4 Click the State Field 6 Add Comments if you would like 3 Drill into the record by clicking it 5 Select Approved from the Choice List WORK BETTER

  6. Method 3 – Expand the Approval Request 1 2 Expand the Approval Request by dragging it down Select Approve You’ve approved without even entering the app! WORK BETTER

  7. Method 4 – My Approvals 3 Swipe left on the appropriate record 4 2 Click Approve Once the list is opened, locate the appropriate record Open My Approvals 1 This is very helpful when you have multiple requests come in simultaneously WORK BETTER

  9. Record Assignment Received What do I do when a record is assigned to me or my team, and it needs to be reassigned? WORK BETTER

  10. Access the Record The record should now be open 2 Find the Appropriate Record, and Click on it 1 Open the App WORK BETTER
