What is “Carna Project” ? The Carna project is a newly developed Japanese disease management for life style disease. It aim the primary and secondary/tertiary prevention of diabetes mellitus/complication through prior interventions by the call-center. Carna’s goal is to establish a high quality medical care system with reasonable cost.
