Slide 2 of 21 Often simply referred to as Google docs or Google Drive, Google Apps is a free, web-based alternative to typical office software like Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Pages and Keynote.  Google Apps offers on-line word processing, presentations, forms, spreadsheets, calendars and mail.   8. Is this your first time accessing Google Apps? Slide 8 of 21 If you are a first time Google Apps user you will now be asked to activate your account. First time users should click yes now. Returning Google users should click the no button to continue. YES NO Home Help Exit Back

  9. How do I activate my Google Apps account? Slide 9 of 21 As a new user, you will need to accept the Google Apps user agreement. First you will need to scroll to the bottom of your screen, to find the captcha box. You will then need to type the crazy letters and accept the agreement. Home Help Exit Back Next

  10. What if your agreement is not accepted? Slide 10 of 21 If your agreement is not accepted on your first try, you will need to type a new set of crazy letters in the captcha box and accept the agreement again. Note: Keep trying until your account is accepted. Home Help Exit Back Next
