Thrown away food. Which are the food aid associations in your countries?. There are some food aid organizations the usually the same that collect money for charity they also deal with providing food for hungry people(homeless, very poor people).

  2. Which are the food aid associations in your countries? • There are some food aid organizations the usually the same that collect money for charity they also deal with providing food for hungry people(homeless,very poor people).

  3. What kind of users need the help of food aid associations? • Generally the poor mostly suffer from hunger, so they need help of food aids organisations.

  4. Is famine a real problem in your countries? Why? Why not? • Famine isn't a real problem in my country, however there are families that face this problem!.(usually families from areas where unemployment rate is very high).Generally our climate is good for producing own food(vegetables, corn.etc) thus agriculture also provide food for us and the prices of food is affordable for average family.

  5. Is there a food bank campaign in your countries? • In my country we have many food bank campaigns for example 'Share a meal'.

  6. Do you know traditional recipes in which the food is recycled? • Traditionally everything in the kitchen should be used ,(eg.leftovers to make soup)in this way not much is wasted.

  7. What happens with the food that people don't want? How much is thrown away in supermarkets and at home? • In Poland people waste food, about 9 mln tons pet year. Very often food is wasted by people who live in big cities. In fact many people still aren’t aware of this problem, they just throw away the leftovers .In rural areas people are more concerned about food ,they show more respect to food(they know how hard it is to get it).

  8. Which products depend on their aspect to be sold? Do people want "the perfect product" in their aspect? • People in Poland don't buy nothing special to eat. They buy different food. But they too often waste food. They buy food, which is unexpired and good .

  9. What are the names of freegans' groups in your countries? What kind of people are found in these organisations? • People like to help in this organizations, because they know that in some parts of Poland people need help, they want to overcome problem of hunger . Generous and kind people are found in such organizations

  10. Are these organisations necessary in your countries? Why? • In Poland we need such organizations, because in Poland many people starve. Some people starve because they are poor and they haven't got money.(unemployed ,homeless ,and numerous families where only one person works)

  11. How are the products in your supermarkets labelled regarding the caducity date? • The date of manufacture, expiry date, and the name of a company that produced the product are always given. It is standard for all EU countries to label products in this way Expiry date must always be visible.
