Activities since March 1, 2002 • Identified acceptable formats and established the number of copies of paper documents required for the official archive.(with AAB) • Received initial instrument and equipment documentation: • summary descriptions and justifications • manuals • calibration and installation procedures • photographs • (with ATDD) • Made site selection information and instrument documentation available via anonymous ftp or the web. (with DAB) • Described which documentation falls under the File Plan and which under the archive. (with AAB and NARA)

(with AAB) …coordination of receipt, storage and disposition of documentation including timely access via the USCRN website.
