  1. 007-i CHAPTER -Take off: Tee branch -Plenum to Grilles & Diffusers

  2. Glue W+20mm ±300mm Male fit H+20mm Male fit Tee branch 1 • Mark, to cut the hole +20mm and to glue.

  3. Silicon Pressing Tee branch 2 • Insert in the hole, press and put silicon outside.

  4. Plenum Grills & or Diffusers Tapa H+400mm 300mm W+400mm W+400mm H+400mm H+400mm W+400mm 1 • Take an “STRIP SPECIAL”,cut the four faces plus the end cap.

  5. End cap Plenum Grills & or Diffusers Two sides Three sides Tapa 2 • With the tool “BASE” cut 45º

  6. Plenum Grills & or Diffusers Glue End cap 3 • Glue all the sides cut at 45º

  7. Aluminium tape End cap Plenum Grills & or Diffusers Exterior face 4 • Unite the four sides with aluminum tape for the exterior.

  8. Plenum Grills & or Diffusers End cap Interior face 5 • Rotate the duct in position with the interior face up.

  9. Plenum Grills & or Diffusers End cap 6 • Paste the end cap in position on the base.

  10. Plenum Grills & or Diffusers End cap 1 7 • Close the first side in position 90º vertical.

  11. Plenum Grills & or Diffusers 2 8 • Close the second side in position 90º vertical.

  12. Plenum Grills & or Diffusers 3 9 • Close the third side in position 90º vertical and press.

  13. Aluminium tape Silicon inside Plenum Grills & or Diffusers 10 • Put the aluminium tape and the silicon inside.

  14. Plenum Grills & or Diffusers Flexible duct Plenum grill Frame of grill Grill Plenum diffuser
