Ongoing Projects RURBAN • Multi-sport activities direct to our members • Over an 8 week period • Offering 2 hr sessions with a qualified coach. Partnership with Herts Sports Partnership and CHILD UK BOOM! • Multi media Training for young people • 10 Pro-Action groups trained to date Partnership with CYP and MTV
Funding Support Support can be offered in many ways from, • Identifying available sources, to • Advice on completing bids. Recent successes include: SPEC – All Saints Pastoral Centre: £5, 000 to train young people to become archery instructors and to refurbish current archery facilities. Hertfordshire Young Farmers: £19,771 to build a log cabin base and support staffing costs for a development worker. Waltham Newtown ABA: £13,000 to take young people to Sweden to compete in a European Competition. Won ‘Best Club’ Trophy! Harebreaks Adventure Playground: £44,440 to re-build outdoor multi-sports area and create a woodwork area.
