  3. Oorsprong • Diefstalpreventieadvies sinds 1995 • Brandpreventieadvies sinds kort • Vaststelling: • We spreken mekaar soms tegen • Te weinig kennis van mekaars vakgebied • Moeilijk om mensen te bereiken

  4. Samenstelling • Naar aanleiding van het Lokaal integraal veiligheidsbeleid: • Samenwerking tussen BPA en DPA • Toevoeging van OCMW-diensten voor woonkwaliteit: • Vocht en schimmel • CO-vergiftiging • Ongediertebestrijding

  5. Activiteiten • Advies aan huis • Advies bestaat uit 3 delen • Diefstalpreventie • Brandpreventie (rookmelders, CO, vluchtwegen, …) • Woonkwaliteit (vocht, schimmel, ongedierte) • Actieve doorverwijzing • Uiteenzettingen gemeenschappelijk i.p.v. apart

  6. Doelgroep • Particuliere woningen – sociale woningen • Bouwers • KMO’s en zelfstandigen • Architecten • Bouwondernemingen • Verkopers ramen en deuren
