The impressive Westminster abbey, side… …And front view
The house of parliament, also known as Westminster palace, according to Her majesty, the queen… …and Oliver Cromwell, equally renown , but for ‘killing’ a king (Charles ii) in 1649…
A bit of entertainment…in the old English style …and in the modern one (taken from the famous English eye…)
Shakespeare’s globe theatre • Rebuilt in the 70’s exactly as it used to be in 1603, when in was burnt down
…and a well deserved rest in St. James's park in confortable deckchairs
St pancras rail station, a beautiful classical building If you want to call your folks back home, try this: it’s not portable, but is red…and hard to lose!
View from the cathedral’s dome And from the very top of it!
Royal Albert hall, famous concert hall erected in the memory of queen victoria’s husband Albert memorial
Victoria &albert museum, a wonderful collection of art from all the corners of the world…and free entrance! And the gothic building of the natural science museum, a mixture of art and science in one place
Tower bridge Opening up to let a ship pass underneath…
London has lots of green spaces for all the tastes…. replica of a cottage from the countryside… …and a paradise for the water fowls
