  1. Supplementary figure 1. Morphological analysis of neurons and glial cells in striatum after adenoviral vector treatment. Brains were removed 7 d after Ad.LacZ or Ad.PEDF injection and striatal sections were immunostained with anti-NeuN, anti-GFAP, and IbaI antibodies. Photomicrogarphs show NeuN-(A), GFAP-(B) or IbaI-(C) immunostained striatal sections of control (left), Ad.LacZ- (middle) and Ad.PEDF (right)-injected rats. Scale bars = 50 µm .
