TerranceLindall, anartistandexecutivedirectoroftheWilliamsburgArtandHistoricCenter, saidregardinggraffitiandtheexhibition: • "Graffitiisrevolutionary, inmyopinion," hesays, "andanyrevolutionmightbeconsideredacrime. Peoplewhoareoppressedorsuppressedanoutlet, sotheywriteonwalls—it'sfree."
