Wacky State Laws • You cannot live on a boat for more than 30 days during the calendar year, even if just passing through the state • While Georgia operates its own lottery, it “protects” its citizens by making it illegal to promote a private lottery. • It is illegal for one person to handcuff another in a clown suit. • No one may carry an ice cream cone in their back pocket if it is Sunday.

  2. Wacky State Laws • It is illegal to use profanity in front of a dead body which lies in a funeral home or in a coroners office. • Donkeys may not be kept in bathtubs.
