  1. PSIQ Screen This module will discuss the use of the PSIQ Screen.

  2. When should I be using the PSIQ?

  3. If it is a partial record Well Kevin, how do I know it’s a partial record?

  4. Partial Records • You know the patient should have a record. • They don’t show up on portal. • They don’s show up on name look-ups on bridge.

  5. Partial records have zero for Loc.

  6. To correct, correct the following fields. • Add Loc and Site • Address, City, State, and Zip • Phone number • County of Residence • Home Contact? • # in house • Race

  7. What causes partial records? • Information was not correct when they transferred over to Portal. • Someone used the PSIQ screen to update City/State/Zip incorrectly.

  8. Don’t use it for the following • To update any of the patients information • Not even the address • If you put special characters in the address, we will not bill it out to Medicaid, Medicare, and Insurance.
