Position requirements – Sales Administrator: • (Equivalent position title: Sales Analyst) • Tasks: • - Sales order processing: receipt of postal, email and faxed orders, processing • via the SAP/EDI system • - Customer enquiries: progressing of orders, confirmation of delivery, • administration of back-orders, stock enquiries, price enquiries • - Dealing with a high no. of telephone enquiries from direct customers/end users • - Raising electronic forms: special price, credits and debits • - Ad hoc reporting • - Checking stock availability / pricing / back-orders • - Liaising with warehouse, dealers, internal staff at all levels & distributors • - Management of payment schedule and statements • Qualification: • - Commercial education • - Basic English skills • - SAP skills • Professional Experience: • - Preferably job experience in sales or marketing through internships • Additional requirements: • - Good communication skills required • - Customer service skills required • - Team work

Position requirements – Dealer Trainer/Merchandiser: • (Equivalent position title: Retail Support Specialist) • Tasks: • - Designing, creating & executing training for all sales channels, i.e. specialist retailers • - Training of field staff • - Training of employees from Customer Care Centre who take care of technical related end customer queries • - Processing of technical end customer queries which can’t be processed from Customer Care Centre • - Technical consulting for Product Managers regarding products & • specific product presentations at fairs for retailers and specialised press • - Secure Prime Merchandising Positions for Panasonic products in store with effective POS and communicating the product USPs to the Consumer • - Ensure all Panasonic products on sale and in prime condition • Qualification: • - Commercial education or similar • - Basic English skills • Professional Experience: • - Job experience in training courses for several years • Additional requirements: • - Good technical know-how of products in respective product range required • - Good presentation skills • - Good communication skills

Position requirements – Area Sales Manager: (Equivalent position title: Sales Representative) Tasks: - Conduct and manage dealer sales activities and operations - Follow up partners/customers orders, distribution, inventories - Coordination of sales campaigns & promotions for their area - Involvement in sales forecasting & planning of relevant Key Accounts - Achieving revenue targets across all categories - Growing Panasonics share of Dealers business - Identifying & opening suitable new prospective accounts - Gathering and reporting Market Intelligence from competitors - Provision of technical advice and guidance to dealers and installers with regard to tenders - Input into the business planning process within the department - Organisation of product training for dealers/end user staff Qualification: - Commercial education or relevant university degree - Basic English skills Professional Experience: - Minimum 2 years experience in Sales Additional requirements: - Good product & market knowledge required - Good knowledge of the sales area required - Negotiation skills - Relationship building
