We encourage both parents to participate in the admissions process and spend the necessary time learning about our school, our mission, and our teaching methodology. After each trip, there will be a 30-minute interview with each family. You have the chance to ask questions and open up more about your family to us during the interview. Continue the admissions process by paying in cash to the admissions counsellor in order to obtain the brochure and Registration Form. The admission office must receive the properly completed registration form and authenticated photocopies of the required documentation by the deadline. The Admission Office will double-check the documents. After that, there will be a meeting with the principal. Every student seeking admission to the school must take the entrance exam starting in first grade. Admission is based on exam scores and academic merit. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION 1. Birth certificate 2. Proof of Residence 3. School Leaving Certificate from the school last attended only for children seeking admission from class II onwards (duly attested by the Board the school was affiliated, along with student’s registration number) 4. Eight coloured password size photographs of child and one each of both the parents or the person authorized to visit the child on their behalf 5. Medical Fitness certificate from a qualified doctor to certify that the child is medically fit and free from any infectious disease 6. The latest report card 7. Fee Receipt 8. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 1. SELECTION CRITERIA FOR PLAY-WAY, PRE-NURSERY, NURSERY AND KG Visitors from parents and guardians are welcome to tour the school to learn more about the school’s culture. A formal meeting with the principal will be planned so that parents can speak with the institution’s leader, ask questions, and gather any information they need. You can accomplish this by scheduling an earlier appointment. Admission will be granted based on interactions with the child, parents, and other family members. The fee must be paid within the allotted time after admission has been verified. a) Age criteria : Classes Entry Age Play-way 1.8 + As on April 1 and the session in which the child is taking the admission Pre-Nursery 2.6 + Nursery 3.6 + KG 4.6 + Class I 5.6+ b) Admission and Fee Admission would be open for the whole session for play way students. One time admission fee is applicable. Fee would be applicable from the month the child is taking the admission. 2. Class I-VIII a) Age Criteria: As per annexure 1. b) Selection Criteria For Classes I – VIII The child must have cleared the previous grade. Students are required to appear for the written test and score minimum of 60% marks. Admission will be given as per the availability of the seats. The admission for Grade 1 to 8 will be confirmed only after the assessment tests. These assessment tests are a tool for both the school and the parent to get a genuine assessment where the child stands and if there are any particular areas of weaknesses that need to be focused upon.
