BACKGROUND For the past eight years KREYOLFEST™ has earned a reputation as the best organized festival in the Haitian Community and in Haiti. Sponsors have remained loyal, voicing their pleasure consistently. While its base of supporters consists largely of people from the New York Tri-State Area, Kreyolfest attracts revelers for Montreal, Boston, Miami and Haiti. The festival line up is diverse and features not only Konpa, but roots, ragga, soukous and hip hop. Kreyolfest is known as a family event, with a kiddie carnival and Healthfair. ZIN KREYOL LA T-VICE
THE OBJECTIVE For Hot 97 to establish a deeper relationship with it’s Haitian American listeners and the Haitian community by become a media a partner with the Haitian Times and it’s annual event KreyolfestTM

THE PROPOSAL Hot 97 will receive the following: • $10,000 Cash • Logo on 50,000 flyers, 5,000 posters, internet and all printed materials including the Haitian Times newspaper for three months. • Name mention by MC on day of the festival • Hot 97 Van on site day of festival • 5 (4X8) banners on site • 1 banner on stage Haitian Times will receive the following: • Promos on Hot 97 for the entire month of June gradually increasing on air Promos to it’s peak during the last week
