Section One • The judicial Power of the United States, should be held in one supreme Court, and in certain inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time order and establish. • The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, will hold their Offices as long as they do the job that was appointed to them, and will receive pay.
Section Two • The Judicial Power should be equal to all cases. • They do this making sure it does not go against the Constitution, the laws of the U.S., treaties, and their authority. • All cases involving officials should stay fair and go by the original jurisdiction. • The trials of all crimes, should be held in the state in which the crime was committed, except for impeachment.
Section 3 • Treason against the United States is only when a person plots or plans against the U.S. or plans to start a war. • That person will not be convicted unless the Testimony of two people or that person confesses in court. • Congress also has the power to punish the person who has committed treason, but they cannot punish the family or take property unless the person were to die.
