PRESENTACIÓN DIRECTIVA • OLGA AGUIRRE RIVERA Administradora TOP Afta, desde el año 2001. • SANDRA PAOLA MONSALVE SANCHEZ Jefe Unidad de Causas y Sala , Juzgado Laboral Afta., desde el año 2009 • MIGUEL CHIAPPA TAY Jefe Unidad de At. Público y Servicios, Juzgado Laboral Afta. desde el año 2013,

  3. CONSTITUCION DIRECTIVA REGIONAL ASAMBLEA REGIONAL: 21 DE MARZO DEL 2014 SE REALIZA VOTACIÓN PARA ELECCIÓN DE DIRECTIVA 31 DE MARZO SE REDUCE A ESCRITURA PÚBLICA CONSTITUCIÓN DE DIRECTIVA

PRINCIPALES ACTIVIDADES DESARROLLADAS • Constitución de Directiva con fecha 21-03-2014. • Reuniones mensuales de coordinación, las cuales se dan a conocer a todos los asociados. • Constitución de la Presidenta Regional ante la Iltma. Corte de Apelaciones, por Terremoto en la ciudad de Iquique. • Remisión de observaciones efectuadas por la Directiva al “Plan de respuesta Regional ante situaciones de catástrofe en tribunales del país”, para ser incorporadas al actual. • Propuesta al CCZ de adopción de medidas ante alertas de tsunami. • Solicitud a Administradores de listado de funcionarios, a fin de confeccionar base de datos, con futuros asociados. • Saludos y entrega de regalos para el día de la Madre y el Padre. • Planificación de visitas a los tribunales para realizar difusión de la APRAJUD.

PRINCIPALES OBJETIVOS • AUMENTAR NÚMERO DE SOCIOS. • DIFUNDIR RAZONES PARA INCORPORARSE A APRAJUD. • DAR A CONOCER BENEFICIOS, CRECIMIENTO Y LOGROS DEL GREMIO. • APOYAR, CANALIZAR INQUIETUDES Y ACLARAR DUDAS A LOS SOCIOS. • SER LA VOZ DE LA REGION EN ASAMBLEAS Y ENCUENTROS. • LOGRAR RESULTADOS CONCRETOS EN TEMAS DE INTERES. • CAPTURAR Y CONCRETAR NECESIDADES DE CAPACITACIÓN. • MANTENER INTERESADOS A LOS ACTUALES SOCIOS • PARTICIPAR ACTIVAMENTE EN TODAS LAS ACTIVIDADES PROPUESTAS POR LA APRAJUD Y SER UN ESLABÓN EN EL LOGRO DE LOS OBJETIVOS COMO ASOCIACIÓN.

INQUIETUDES ASOCIADOS Y DIRECTIVA REGIONAL • CARRERA FUNCIONARIA: • Postulaciones de Jefes de Unidad a cargos de Administradory de personal del escalafón de empleados a Jefes de Unidad • Aumento de grado en un mismo cargo. • ATRIBUCIONES DEL ADMINISTRADOR: - Reforzamiento de las mismas. • CENTROS DE NOTIFICACIÓN REGIONAL- • NECESIDADES DE CAPACITACIÓN. • INTEGRACIÓN AL CCZ DE JEFES DE UNIDAD.
