3. To provide assistance to districts that have high concentrations of students from families that live in poverty. (Title I)
Funds are to improve teaching and learning for those students who are “most” academically at risk. (Title I)
To provide opportunities for educators to implement innovative strategies to improve teaching and learning for students with disabilities. (IDEA)
