  4. Work with Indiana Hospitals • Guidance from ISDH for HRSA funding • Begun in 2004 • More Detailed guidance pending from ISDH • Expected to prophylax own workers and their families

  5. Interactions with Community Partners • Mass Prophylaxis Plan – part of the County Emergency Plan • Identifying Populations • Staffing for Mass Prophylaxis Clinic

  6. Populations to be Protected • Suggested by CDC • Five categories • Essential workers during the first 12 hours • Others within a few days
