FIB マニュアル. 使用前の注意 事項 1 ・ゴム手袋の着用 ※ 真空の引きが悪くなる可能性があるため、着用すること ・ Capslock キーで加工編集がロック される ・冷却水が少ないとエラー音が出るので、使用前に確認すること ※ 少ない場合は補充すること. 使用前の注意 事項 2 真空排気パネルの以下の部分が点灯しているかをチェックする. IP1. IP2. S.C. VACUUM. S.E.C. VACUUM. DP. Cold から Warm に設定する. 設定したら、 Next を選択する.

  2. 使用前の注意事項1 ・ゴム手袋の着用 ※真空の引きが悪くなる可能性があるため、着用すること ・Capslockキーで加工編集がロックされる ・冷却水が少ないとエラー音が出るので、使用前に確認すること ※少ない場合は補充すること

  3. 使用前の注意事項2 真空排気パネルの以下の部分が点灯しているかをチェックする IP1 IP2 S.C. VACUUM S.E.C. VACUUM DP

  4. ColdからWarmに設定する 設定したら、Nextを選択する

  5. Column Adjustment →　Setup → LMIS Setup EmissionMonitor 電流値を2.4～2.7μAに10分間安定させる。

  6. 試料の設置 試料ホルダーを破線の高さに合わせる 試料を乗せ、カーボンテープで固定する ※試料台の裏までカーボンテープを張り付ける
