A-H declared war only when told they would have the full support of Germany against Russia… 2. Russia mobilizes (engages troops and weapons) 3. Germany retaliates and declares war on Russia on August 1st

  4. WAR! C. England declares war on Germany after Belgium’s neutrality (statement of remaining neutral in conflict) is violated.
