  1. Breast Reduction Dr. Kris Reddy FACS, West Palm Beach, Florida Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, performs breast reduction surgery, also known as reduction mammaplasty, to remove excess fat, glandular (breast) tissue, and skin to place breasts back in proper proportion to the body. Importantly, breast reductions can alleviate neck, shoulder, and/or knee pain that can result from heavy breasts.
