The diet plan doesn’t only help you lose weight, but it also keep your body healthy keeping you away from harmful acids and other harmful things.

Food you should add on your diet plan – All kinds of vegetables and fruits. Energy drinks and sodas. • Coffee, beef, white bread, eggs, wine. • Popcorn, cream cheese, cranberries, pickles, chocolates • All kinds of grains, pork, pastas, butter milk, roasted nuts, sweetened fruit juice. • Yoghurts and beer. • Distilled water.
The diet plan claims to help you with the maintenance of your blood pH level. • That means when you are on an alkaline diet plan, your body can keep your blood pH level constant. • However, it is obvious that a diet full of fruits and vegetables and lot of water is surely going to keep you healthy and fit as there is no trace of processed foods or harmful sugar.
