  9. EXTERNAL DIFFERENTIATION • means serving a sentence according to guarding level and the principle the higher guarding level the bigger extent of limitations • 3 guarding levels • MINIMUM • MEDIUM • MAXIMUM

INTERNAL DIFFERENTIATION • is placement of sentenced prisoners into units and groups within the same guarding level. • Differentiation group is determined under the conclusions and reccommendations of psychological examination, knowledge about his/her behaviour, social and criminal violiation and knowing the attitudes to treatment prgramme.

  11. TREATMENT PROGRAM • A pedagogue elaborates treatment program for each sentenced prisoner. • TREATMENT PROGRAM is a complex of activities aimed at development of the sentenced prisoner personality, his/her appropriate behaviour and value orientation in accordance with rights and duties definied by the law and other legal regulations.
