Cadet Honor code I will love and revere my God and my country. I will be loyal to my school, obey it’s leaders, and help enforce it’s rules and regulations. I will take pride in JROTC through my appearance and my actions. I will not lie, cheat, or steal, nor tolerate those who do. I am an Air Force JROTC cadet, a citizen of character, dedicated to serving my nation and my community.

Wellness Facts When you think of “Strength” what comes to your mind? Would you be surprised to know that there are different types of strength, and how you train or work out will impact your muscular strength and or muscular endurance?
STRENGTH • Strength : the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to generate force. • Absolute strength is the Max Amount of force that can be generated during one Max Effort. • Dynamic Strength (muscular endurance) is the ability of a muscle to contract repeatedly over time. • Both Absolute and Dynamic Strength are needed when dealing with health related fitness…. • something to think about.

Uniform Tip– Shoe Shine • Shoes must be shined to a high gloss • Heals and soles must be black • Shoes must be clean at all times
Uniform Tip – Short Sleeved Shirt - Female • Name tag: centered on right side, parallel with the ground, even with to 1½ inches higher or lower than the first exposed button • Ribbons: centered, parallel with ground. Align with bottom of name tag. • LOTC Badge: centered, ½ inch above name tag • Rank: Centered top to bottom, left to right, with the tip of the torch pointed toward the tip of the collar
