Change Control Process • Change requests will be formally written and routed to Project Management through David Hardison. • Requests that may impact the timeline will be presented to the business owner (Don Witt). • Requests that are denied may also be appealed to the business owner (Don Witt).
Contingency Plans • Nov 06 Decision on amount of academic history to load (CMU providing comparative data) • Nov 06 Decision about requesting extension of mainframe • Feb 07 Determine if schedule needs to be entered into SIS1 ***Priority Registration windows will be extended to help distribute the load 1 If entry into SIS is required, it will be accomplished through IRIS team
