It is under the helm of our parent company Agate Duty Free we pioneered the concept of “Duty- Free Plaza” in Subang International Airport, Malaysia (as it was known then) in 1989. It was a novel idea, approved by YAB Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohammed who was then the fourth Prime Minister of Malaysia. We successfully operated the duty-free outlet in Subang International Airport until the change took place to shift operations to Kuala Lumpur International Airport in 1996. Today, we are a leading travel retailer and trading company with a diverse portfolio of lifestyle and travel retail businesses delivering a comprehensive range of services from Duty-Free Outlet, Duty-Free Import/Export, Logistics and Warehousing. Plus Max-Way has operated for last 14 years, has grown to become one of the world’s largest duty free travel retailers in Malaysia with an estimated turnover of (approximately) RM340million in 2017. III. The education sectors by being a shareholder of the 1st Women Engineering College in India IV. In the Hospitality Industry, Plus Max together with our partners successfully operate a resort in Langkawi and will begin construction of a luxury beach resort in Langkawi in 2020. Page | 5

8. TRAVEL RETAIL Our travel retail business network spans 6 countries namely; Malaysia, India, Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong and Africa. We currently operate duty-free outlets, have a wide distribution network with full facilities of private bonded warehouses and logistics within the APAC and UAE region (Port Jebel Ali, Dubai), domestic and international wholesale business, trading presence in Singapore and the sale and supply of duty-free goods to the Embassies & Consulate office in Malaysia.
