GSU’s Dual Degree Program: Both/And n ot Either/Or

GSU's Dual Degree Program (DDP) aims to increase graduation rates by offering a structured pathway for students to complete their associate degrees and seamlessly transfer to a bachelor's program. This program provides academic and financial incentives, guaranteed admission to GSU, locked-in tuition rates, and scholarships. Currently, there are 70 students enrolled in the first DDP cohort at GSU, with 340 students working towards their associate degrees at partner community colleges. Recipients of GSU Promise and DDP Honors Scholarships are primarily low-income and diverse. GSU is proud to be a pioneer in recruiting students through a community college pathway in our Freshman Viewbook.
