If you are a woman and working as an employee in Ontario then it is important that you aware about women's rights. Many employees do not know their rights and obligations thoroughly. Pregnant employees have the right to take pregnancy leave of up to 17 weeks. Similarly, new parents have the right to take parental leave from office.
