Tip #1 • Well, first of all, you need to get your butt off of your gaming chair or out of bed and go outside. This is the most important thing. Pay attention. Yes, Ciel, that’s right. Get out of bed.
Tip #2 Tip #2 is don’t stretch before you exercise. This may come as a surprise to you, but stretching while your muscles are still stiff makes you at least ten times more likely to tear or pull a muscle. Stretch after you exercise. Yes, I am being truthful, Sebastian.
Tip #3 • Don’t get distracted! Distractions are bad! Cats are the worst distractions, they just stand there and act cute. So don’t get distracted by any cats!!!
Tip #4 • Do some warm-ups before going all hardcore gamer on these exercises. Maybe walk a bit before you start running, or do some jumping jacks. Take your cats for a walk
Tip #5 • When you’re doing your exercises, make sure you keep hydrated. Lots of water and electrolytes. NO! Not tea, Ciel. Tea only makes you thirstier.
Tip #6 • Don’t be lazy.
