  3. Where We Are • The ADE work is challenged by • Alignment issues • Competing initiatives • Innovation • Contract modifications • Even so, QIOs have made great strides

  4. Where the Heck are We? Building the Change Package

  5. Build Often and Reinforce • Before Quality Net, • We asked that QIOs download or otherwise have available the latest version of the change package • Please have those available now • There are a few copies, so please share

  6. Change Station Action ACTIVITY: • There are six stations set up around the room • Volunteers to staff the Change Station/ • Count off in groups one thru six • Your group will have approximately 2-3 minutes at each station • Change Station Attendants will report back at the end of the activity
