(up to 3 min per student) • Read aloud one sentence or excerpt he/she selected • Say what he/she thinks about the meaning of the sentence or excerpt • Say why he/she thinks the sentence or excerpt is important to life and/or school • Repeatthe process until each group member has contributed. • Discusswhat has been said as a group.
