Introduction • Photographic images provide a vital documentation of preoperative and postoperative results in the clinical cosmetic practice • Finding just the right photo when you need it can be challenging • Time : long time to look for the right photo • Space : difficult to access photos on remote computers

  10. Conclusion • We have developed a non-commercial medical photographic manager • It can be used to improve patient care and practice and to diagnose and manage dermatology referrals in telemedicine
