Faithfulness For we walk by faith, not by sight. 2 Corinthians 5:7 A person who lives his life by faith will live a life of faithfulness to God But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. (Galatians 5:22-23)
Faithfulness = Consistently Dependable God is faithful to us – He loves, provides, helps, forgives us without fail. We must be faithful to God – We must love, obey, serve Him. When we are faithful to others we are faithful to God. (Proverbs)
God’s Faithfulness – New Testament (1 Corinthians 10:13) God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. (2 Thessalonians 3:3) But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen and protect you from the evil one. (2 Timothy 2:13) …if we are faithless, he will remain faithful, for he cannot disown himself.

Rewards of the Faithful God protects the faithful (Proverbs 2:8) …He protects the way of his faithful ones. Favor with God and man (Proverbs 3:3-4) Let love and faithfulness never leave you…{4} Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man.
