  15. Online Stats • What Stats does the Food Bank need? • Please report the following stats if your agency is a pantry site: households, individuals (pantry), children served and the percentage of clients under the given income line. • The online system asks for the average number of people in a household. The Food Bank does not track this number for pantries nor does it track it for meal providers.

  16. Online Stats • If you make a mistake while entering statistics, please let a member of the Food Bank staff know (by either emailing or calling into the office). We can help you! • Be careful while entering statistics, as hitting enter can accidently submit your numbers served report. • Please remember to enter these numbers on a monthly basis now, instead of quarterly.

  17. Warehouse Shop Talk • New Time To Enter Your Orders • Starting at the end of day, Friday, August 31, 2018, the Food Bank Staff will ask you to have your agency’s orders in by 12 p.m. instead of 4 p.m. • This will give the Food Bank Staff time to get the orders prepared to pull. It also will help staff better manage our time, and be ready to handle more pounds for your agency.

  18. Warehouse Shop Talk • New Time To Enter Your Orders • Examples: You want an order on Tuesday. Please have your order in by 12 p.m. (noon) on Friday. If you want your order on Wednesday, have your order in by Monday at 12 p.m. (noon). • Questions? Concerns? Comments?

  19. Warehouse Shop Talk • The New Cooler and You! • The Food Bank staff is ramping up the amount of produce. This produce is available to have during a pick up or a delivery. • If you want produce during your pick up at the Food Bank, please receive guidance from a member of the Food Bank staff. We could have produce ready for your agency, if you ask for it in the “Comments” section during order checkout. • Questions? Concerns? Comments?
